Selective Pallet Racking

Selective rack is an ideal solution for storing hazardous chemicals that require protection from external factors. One of its key advantages is the direct access it provides to individual chemicals, reducing the risk of interaction with nearby substances and minimizing the chance of items falling off the rack, ensuring safety.

Another benefit of Selective pallet racking is its ability to accommodate a wide variety of chemicals. You can store multiple types of chemicals on the same rack without needing a separate system for each. Additionally, its high load capacity (500 - 6000 kg per level) allows businesses to store large quantities of chemicals efficiently.

Drive-In Pallet Racking

Drive-In system is an ideal solution for companies needing to store large volumes of homogeneous chemicals. This racking system maximizes storage density and conserves warehouse space by minimizing forklift aisles.

However, access to chemicals is more limited compared to Selective racks, as it operates on a Last In, First Out (LIFO) basis. The chemicals stored should be safe, not requiring protection from external elements, and should be securely packed to prevent leakage or hazards if a pallet falls.

Longspan Shelving

Longspan shelving offers direct access to each chemical, similar to the selective rack, which helps prevent interactions with other chemicals. It is versatile enough to accommodate various types of chemicals and features steel shelves that allow for direct placement of items without the need for pallets.

This racking solution is more affordable compared to Selective racks, with a load capacity ranging from 300 to 800 kg per level. It is best suited for businesses with moderate storage needs where chemicals can be managed manually, providing a cost-effective way to organize and access inventory.

Stackable Racking

Stackable racking are an effective solution for storing homogeneous chemicals, offering significant cost savings by eliminating the need for additional racking systems. This approach allows for manual handling of the pallets, making it a cost-efficient option.

Ideal for large, uniform products, stackable pallets are easy to stack by hand and do not require stringent storage conditions. This method is particularly suitable for businesses seeking a simple and economical way to manage their chemical inventory.
